Support calls are routed to our IT Service Center where we provide Tier 1 assistance for all students, faculty and staff. These services are offered 24 hours a day, and depending on the severity of the issue some calls and/or tickets will be directed to an OIT Technician.

The IT Service Center serves as the central contact point for users regarding; academic and administrative information systems, networking, data communications, hardware support, software support, and Audio Visual request.
