Service Requests / Incidents
All students, staff, and faculty will acquire unique credentials that will be required in order to utilize allow access to the university.
Faculty, Staff, and Students (In some cases) have the ability to make technology requests, report issues, track incidents, look up how-to’s, manage change requests, and create reports.
The Office of Information Technology periodically provides training for students, faculty and staff for a wide range of subjects and skills.
You are now able to make service requests without calling the help-desk. You can put the request into our system all on your own. It’s very easy.
