WELCOME TO BOX

Box is a cloud content management and file sharing service for businesses. The company uses a freemium business model to provide cloud storage and file hosting for personal accounts and businesses. Official clients and apps are available for Windows, macOS, and several mobile platforms.

Get started using BOX today. The instructions below show you how to sign in and get started.

Log on to your computer as usual, and then follow these steps:

  1. Click the Box Login link: https://tsu.account.box.com/login
  2. Use the following credentials to sign in to BOX:
    • User ID: First Initial.+Last Name+Last 4 digits of T#@student.tsu.edu (e.g. j.doe1111@student.tsu.edu)
    • Password: Temporary Password (Your Temporary Password will be sent from Microsoft Online Services Team to your TSU Student Email Address)
  3. Click “Sign In
  4. Follow the prompts to reset your initial password. Remember your new password to access all BOX applications
  5. Sign in to the service with your new password
  6. Follow the Register for BOX Password Reset steps below to register for BOX password reset

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS(FAQ’S)

1. What happens to my files on Box if I leave school?

Upon leaving, users will have 30 days to transfer files to a private Box account. After 30 days, your account will be deactivated and files will no longer be available.

2. With Box, can I share files with people inside and outside of school?

Definitely. You simply share content with a person’s email address. This may be a fellow student’s address or an external address.

3. I already have a Box account. What will happen to it?

Please contact your administrator.

4. How much data can I store in my Box account?

Tsu box account provides you unlimited storage space.
