IT Quotes – Make a Request

Send us quote requests for new equipment; Once analyzed and accepted, OIT will then send out quotes for the desired items and /or services for that department to make equipment purchase.

Open Access Lab Printing

Support for lab printers, local printers and network printers on campus; support consist of troubleshooting printing issues from the PC maintaining networks printers, giving access to specific printers, etc.

Printing Services

Campus-wide support for local and network printers; support consist of troubleshooting printing issues, etc.

Retirement of IT Equipment

Once equipment is no longer needed in the department, OIT is notified to destroy hard drive or wipe hard drives clean. Equipment is then removed from specified department’s inventory and discarded accordingly.
