Electronic Degree Audit System providing a comprehensive set of web-based academic advising and degree auditing tools to help students and their advisers measure curriculum requirements.

Combines academic early alerts with advising and tutoring appointment management. Access GradesFirst anywhere using your MyTSU Username and Password – even from your phone!

Microsoft Applications

Microsoft’s Office 2010 & 2013 suites include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and more. They share a consistent look and feel, integrating easily.

Open Access Lab Printing

Support for lab printers, local printers and network printers on campus; support consist of troubleshooting printing issues from the PC maintaining networks printers, giving access to specific printers, etc.

Requests / Incidents

Faculty, Staff, and Students (In some cases) have the ability to make technology requests, report issues, track incidents, look up how-to’s, manage change requests, and create reports.
